MMH Associates is a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Sellers are fully responsible for product quality, compliance, and delivery.

3. Pricing and Negotiation

Buyers and sellers negotiate and finalize prices directly. MMH does not manage pricing disputes.

4. Orders, Payments and Delivery

• Payment methods are shown at checkout.
• Delivery arrangements must be confirmed by both parties.
• MMH is not liable once goods leave the seller’s premises.
• Delivery charges or additional fees will be shown before order confirmation.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Policies depend on individual sellers. MMH may mediate disputes but cannot guarantee outcomes.

6. User Conduct

• No illegal or fraudulent activity.
• No false or defamatory information.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No attempts to interfere with the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned by MMH Associates.

8. Limitation of Liability

MMH is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related transaction.

9. Third-Party Links

We do not control external links, payment gateways or logistics services.

10. Amendments

Terms may be updated anytime.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably before approaching courts.
